PHASE ONE- The material, dimensions, railing style, style of stairs and more for a deck would be discussed by an estimator who will recommend you deck suitable for you. Turning towards fence, it will include material, type of post, style of section, height and more.

PHASE TWO- A blueprint of design along with the price details is provided.

PHASE THREE- After finalization of the design and consideration of any revisions, the construction work is initiated.

 

SODDING

Greenest and high-quality Kentucky Bluegrass sod is provided by Kainth Landscaping. We have transformed the installation process in such a way that sod can withstand weather and for proper root growth of sod in initial growth period, we give a thick soil base to sod. An organised and detailed instruction for care and watering techniques is provided.

ARTIFICIAL TURF

If you desire a low cost and maintenance landscape solution, then the artificial grass is the option that we would love to recommend. This will not only save water but will also cut the maintenance costs.We have a great protection solution against aggressive dogs. We provide premium Turf’s Up and Rymar artificial turf in distinctive lengths which are wisely installed while considering the drainage.

 

FRESH SOD INSTALLATION

PHASE ONE- A suitable design is created according to your budget and demand.
PHASE TWO- Marking paint is used to mark the layout of landscaping.
PHASE THREE- A quality triple mix is used for plantation and weed deterrent fabric is also installed over all the landscaped area.

 

INTERLOCK CLAENING AND SEALING

Sealants are used to cover the pores of your pavers. It is also used to protect the interlock driveways from spills, salt and others.

 

FULL GLOSS- Full Shine, Wet Look
SEMI GLOSS- Semi Shine, Wet or Regular look
MATT- No Shine, Wet or Regular look

 

Polymeric Sand is used which do not wash away and prevents growth of weeds and grass between paving stones.

 

INTERLOCK SEALING PROCESS

1. Pressure washing 3500 psi (old sand/dirt/weeds blast away)
2. Repairs if needed
3. Sanding
4. Application of sealant

 

DECK STAINING AND FENCE STAINING

Deck and Fence staining is done in order to protect the wood from cracking and discolouration by filling the pores with sealants and restricting the moisture from entering. A wide variety of colours and glosses are available for your consideration.
