Interlock Design Process-

A professionally designed 2D and 3D models are provided to match the design with your imagination. The process is completed in several steps.

 

• Excavation- This process is strictly followed to ensure any settling over time. A minimum depth of driveway is set up as 12 inches, but it totally depends on the type of clay or bedrock.

 

• Backfill and compact- The base is likely to be backfilled and compacted every 2 inches. Mostly a ¾ clear gravel base with about 1 inch of High-performance bedding (HPB) is used directly under the paving stone.

 

• Grading- Grading is done to make surface flat after installing all the drainage systems so that there is no stagnant water.

 

• Interlock installation- Stones are installed as per the requirements and the demand of the desire. They are fixed with special polymer sand to prevent the growth of weed.

 

• Soft scaping-Soft scaping is done after all the hard scaping and a final finish is given to the space.
